Privacy policy

We take data protection seriously. This policy describes what data may be processed when you use this website and for what purposes — in line with Swiss data protection law (FADP) and, where applicable, the GDPR. Additional details below cover Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics, and Meta (Pixel / Conversions API).

Hosting & technical data

When you visit this website, server log data may be processed by hosting infrastructure (e.g. truncated IP address, timestamp, user-agent) to deliver the site and ensure security (abuse detection).

Cookies & similar technologies

We use strictly necessary cookies or storage where required to operate the website (e.g. display, security, language). In addition, Google Tag Manager is loaded; it may trigger Google Analytics (e.g. GA4) and other measurement tags. For reach and conversion measurement we use the Meta Pixel, which may use cookies or comparable identifiers such as _fbp and _fbc (Meta), as well as Google-set cookies (e.g. _ga, _gid). Retention details follow each provider’s documentation. A cookie notice at the bottom of the page informs you about this processing; a choice may be stored locally in your browser.

Google Tag Manager & Google Analytics

Google Tag Manager (GTM) is a tag management system operated by Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland (and, for certain processing, Google LLC, USA). GTM may load additional scripts depending on configuration — in particular Google Analytics (GA4) may be used to analyse how the site is used. Data processed may include IP address (possibly truncated/anonymised), device and browser information, referrer, pages visited, and interaction events (e.g. clicks, scroll depth). Purposes include web statistics, reach measurement, and evaluation of marketing activities. Meta (Facebook) Pixel & Meta Conversions API

We use the Meta Pixel provided by Meta Platforms Ireland Limited, 4 Grand Canal Square, Grand Canal Harbour, Dublin 2, Ireland (and, where applicable, Meta Platforms Inc., USA). Via cookies and similar technologies, the Pixel may collect usage and device data, IP address, and on-site interactions, and can attribute conversions (e.g. leads) to advertising campaigns. Through our Meta Conversions API (server-side endpoint), certain actions (such as submitting a lead form) may also transmit SHA-256-hashed contact data (e.g. email, phone number, first name) together with technical parameters (e.g. IP, user-agent, page URL, Meta cookies _fbp/_fbc) to Meta to match measurements with the Pixel (deduplication). Transmission uses a dedicated server route on this site so access tokens are not exposed in the browser. Contact & demos

If you contact us via forms or booking flows, we process the data you provide to handle your request and — where applicable — fulfill a contract. If you submit a request via a campaign landing page, data may also be transmitted to Meta for advertising conversion measurement as described under Meta (Facebook) Pixel & Meta Conversions API, including hashed contact data where applicable.

Last updated: April 2026. International transfers (notably to the USA) may occur in connection with Google/Meta; providers typically rely on mechanisms such as Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) and supplementary measures.
